“ My son loves Guthrie's, he goes probably 3-4 times a week and has his fries and sweet tea. He is Autistic, and a trip to Guthrie's is kind of a day out for him, practicing his independence and feeling good about himself. This location is just a few blocks from our home. The staff at this location in South Tampa is phenomenal. They are always kind and patient with him, even when he comes in with a jar of coins to pay for his treat. They go out of their way to show kindness when most people do not. As a mom, you will never know how thankful I am that the staff at this location takes the time to help him and make him feel good about himself. THANK YOU!!! They should ALL be recognized. ”
“ This is an Alabama based chicken chain. Here, you can get a chicken tenders box. The chicken itself is really good. I enjoyed by sandwich and the Texas toast with it. It had a lot of flavor to it. However, I thought the fries weren’t very special. The restaurant itself is clean, and has plenty of places to sit. However, it’s recommended to have takeout here. The service was decent, but the cook was wearing sweatpants when we were there. Overall, would recommend if you’re in the area. ”

“ In my opinion this is the best chicken tenders restaurant in Tampa Bay. I used to live in Tallahassee where they had a couple of Guthrie’s restaurants so I was super excited that they added one down here. Also make sure you get some extra Guthrie’s sauce, it’s the best. The service is always amazing here and on Monday’s they offer a veteran / military discount. This place is always very clean and parking is pretty easy too. The service is always fast and pleasant. ”
